RETURN & EXCHANGE

Merchandise can only be exchanged in their original conditions for goods of equal or higher values.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care with the style number and Order number. The original sales receipt must accompany the return:

• The exchange must be requested within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be returned in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
• The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition.

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return & exchange.

No cash refund permitted.
